Do I need an account to order items?
You can order items without an account, but we recommend getting one to avail of freebies, discounts, and loyalty points.
How do I place an order?
Add items into your shopping card by pressing ‘Add to Cart’. Once you’re ready to pay for your items, press the shopping cart icon on the top right corner and then ‘Check Out’.
Do you ship to my country?
As of now, we only ship to the Philippines.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate shipping of P100. Orders P1500 and above have free shipping.
How is tax calculated?
Tax is already included in the display price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Cash Remittance, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and direct bank deposit.
For credit card payments, please select PayPal as the payment method at checkout and press the 'Pay with Credit or Debit Card' button.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. We offer COD nationwide.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
It should arrive within 4-6 business days upon receiving the confirmation e-mail that your package has been shipped. Note that we are closed on Sundays and on national holidays.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. You can view this in your order details under Account.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We do not have our own physical store yet, but most of our products can be bought at leading department stores around the Philippines.
How do I claim a discount code?
When you checkout your items, you can enter your discount code at the checkout page. You can only use one discount code at a time.
How do I get discount codes and freebies?
Look out for our contests and special events online and participate to get a chance to win discount codes and freebies. Stay up-to-date by joining our mailing list or following our social media accounts.
