Exchange Policy

Goods can be replaced if the following conditions are met:

  • Less than 14 days has passed since the product was received
  • Damaged or wrong item delivered
  • Product is unused.
  • Tags Intact
  • The product is in its original packaging

Please make sure that the conditions above are satisfied before you mail back the product to us. 

How Exchange Your Product

Send an e-mail to sales@strydestore.com or message us at https://www.facebook.com/strydestore with the following details:

  1. Date of Purchase
  2. Customer Name
  3. Product Name
  4. Reason Exchange

Details for the exchange process would be provided through private message. Once item has been shipped back, please send tracking details through email or private message. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange and will immediately process your new desired item.
